CVS Health is seeking an aspiring Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States to participate in a 16‑week, self-paced development program designed to prepare you for a Store Manager role. The program blends virtual and hands‑on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT participants will gain exposure to customer care, merchandising, and store operations while building leadership skills and a path

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders in learning experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
