Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to build leadership skills and readiness for store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may count.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
• Willingness to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
