Job summary

CVS Health in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to prepare for a future CVS Store Manager position. The program offers a mix of virtual and hands-on learning over 16 weeks, designed to grow strong leaders for CVS.

You will be supported by district leadership, HR partners, and a Store Manager coach as you develop in customer care, merchandising, and store operations, with a clear path toward promotion based on performance and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Learning Experiences to support promotion during the program.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.

• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
