Big 10 Mart is seeking a Store Manager In Training to master the essentials of operating a high-volume convenience store and fuel station. You will participate in a structured 6-week program covering store operations, finances, merchandising, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail, convenience store, restaurant, or customer service leadership.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Manage all aspects of store profitability, including sales, labor, expenses, and shrink.
• Analyze and interpret P&L statements to identify opportunities for improvement.
