Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads store personnel.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommendations for advancement/termination as appropriate.
• Ensures policy compliance and safety, and maintains store standards.
