ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Milford, OH to run daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, merchandising, customer service, and adherence to company standards.

You will participate in comprehensive training, manage staffing, and drive store performance while advancing toward store management responsibilities within the district. Starting pay is $29.50 per hour with potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail and management experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store personnel to improve operating results.
• Develop and implement action plans using available resources.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement.
• Manage personnel decisions including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Communicate with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and partners.
• Train and develop store personnel to maximize potential.
• Prepare and revise weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures and regulations.
• Plan and conduct store team meetings and monthly management meetings.
