Job summary

The program provides hands-on leadership experience, with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and potential earnings of $85,500–$105,000 in the first year (including bonus where applicable).

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
