Job summary

Kwik Shop, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to learn daily store leadership, guest service excellence, and team development. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers across shifts to understand our operations, vendors, and guest experience.

The program leads to bench leadership, with opportunities across Kwik Shop locations. A high-energy, customer‑oriented background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock 100% in‑stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where hot food is offered.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside, including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in food service locations and other duties as assigned.
