Kwik Shop is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team in Baldwin City, KS. You will support the Store Manager, train and coach staff, and help deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across a fast-paced environment.

Gain growth within a large, national footprint. You will rotate shifts, participate in training weeks, and contribute to daily store operations while upholding quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotate stock and keep shelves full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support hot food locations with food safety and merchandising guidelines.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
