Kwik Shop Inc. is seeking proactive Managers In Training to support store leaders in daily operations, team development, and guest experience. You will rotate through shifts, learn from Training Managers, and build skills needed for Store Manager roles.

Our program emphasizes leadership, customer service, inventory management and teamwork, with opportunities across multiple Kwik Shop locations and a clear path to bench leadership. We value energy and reliability in fast paced retail settings.

Competenze

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
Preferred 1 year in leadership role in retail/guest service or restaurant.

Mansioni

Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching and setting goals.
Maintain in-stock levels and rotate products to ensure 100% availability.
Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in locations with hot food.
Keep store clean and organized, including coffee station, food service area and bathrooms.
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
Support Store Manager in food service operations and other duties as assigned.
