Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock 100% in-store
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee and food areas are well stocked and inviting
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support overall store operations
