Job summary

Kwik Shop is looking for a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training in the Kansas region. You will support the Store Manager, lead onboarding and coaching, and help drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will train with a Senior Training Manager, rotate through shifts, and gain hands-on leadership experience across merchandising, food service and customer service. A path to Store Manager awaits driven individuals.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School or GED.
Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
Monitor product levels, rotate stock and keep shelves full; ensure in-stock availability.
Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
Keep store clean and organized inside and out; manage coffee station and food service area.
Operate cash register efficiently and support store operations.
Perform duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
