• Sales: set daily/weekly goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities.
• Account Management: oversee collections and follow up on accounts needing manager intervention.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, control inventory and pricing.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, recruit and hire; maximize retention and service quality.
