Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead store operations and teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, oversee account management, and develop coworkers while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities.
• Oversee collections follow-up, approve commitments and train staff to ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor profits, manage store resources, inventory, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Recruit, train and retain coworkers, schedule daily activities and drive customer service excellence.
