Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training to provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods and to deliver a meaningful customer experience. The role focuses on sales leadership, account management, and operational excellence.

The position requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training. A valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles are also required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license with ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworker activities.
• Approve rental agreements and monitor revenue and growth.
• Lead and train coworkers, ensuring policy compliance and controls.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security.
