Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable collections and approve customer commitments.
• Provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with procedures and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
