Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Experience with profit & loss responsibilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates
• Effective communication across all levels
• Willingness to comply with regulatory standards
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management
• Manage store financial health via sales, inventory, and cash controls
• Drive growth through recruiting, interviewing and retention
• Create teammate schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Model exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues
• Ensure building and equipment are well maintained
