Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and supervise store teammates while overseeing training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards. You will also attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings and help drive store success.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Experience with a profit and loss center and financial accountability
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates
• Effective communication with guests and team members
• Willing to comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolution of guest complaints
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained
