Jiffy Lube International in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Manager in Training to lead store operations and drive training programs for our enthusiastic team. You will oversee both computer-based and on-the-job training while enforcing attendance, safety, and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
