Jiffy Lube International, Inc. in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and develop a team while learning store operations. You’ll oversee training, attendance, safety, and standards, helping the store run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in coaching Teammates, managing scheduling, inventory, guest service and basic P&L, with opportunities for career advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and lead Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and Profit & Loss.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
