You will drive guest satisfaction, support training initiatives, and learn to manage store performance, budgeting, and compliance while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience driving profit & loss results.
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-teammate coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee store financials, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction to achieve P&L goals.
• Build a winning team using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create staff schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Maintain high guest service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure store, equipment and premises are well maintained.
