Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide store teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building and equipment are well maintained.
