Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring process including interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Support store manager and safety training across teams.
• Make sales calls with or without store manager; schedule weekly customer calls.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, and fleet maintenance.
• Monitor gross profit components, returns, price matching, KPI dashboards, and monthly P&L.
