Under the Store Manager0er direction, you will shadow leadership, complete certifications, and prepare for a permanent Store Manager assignment. A strong emphasis is placed on customer experience, compliance, and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor1s degree and 3 years retail management experience or 5 years of retail management with a high school diploma.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the direction of the Store Manager.
• Gains experience by shadowing the Store Manager and leading the store during the learning journey.
• Completes accelerated program including all certifications needed for the Store Manager role.
