Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 years retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Under Store Manager supervision, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Learn Walgreens' operations and complete accelerated development track to Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience in opening/closing, staffing, and merchandising.
• Engage with customers and staff to maintain high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local laws; participate in performance conversations.
• Develop action plans to improve store performance and manage assets.
