Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead one-box full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks.
• Support store operations by learning SOPs, compliance, and performance management.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and coach team members for service excellence.
• Analyze store performance data and develop action plans to improve sales and loss prevention.
