Walgreens invites candidates to join an accelerated Store Manager development track. Trainees will learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy, follow a detailed learning plan, and complete certifications needed for the Store Manager role.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, participants shadow and assist in day-to-day operations, rotations across stores, and ongoing coaching to demonstrate readiness for permanent assignment in management positions within the hiring area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsabilités

• Learn and lead front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in store opening, closing, and shift changes.
• Support customer experience through coaching and resolving issues.
