Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations including front‑end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience in opening/closing shifts and staff delegation.
• Support Store Manager in leading store operations and ensuring SOP compliance across front‑end and pharmacy.
• Analyze performance indicators and develop action plans to improve sales and control costs.
• Assist in planning and executing store initiatives, community events, and partnerships.
