Walgreens Co. is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to train candidates in full store operations, including front-end and pharmacy.

You will learn through rotations, classroom and on-the-job training to gain readiness for a Store Manager role. The program includes completing required certifications, shadowing the Store Manager, and developing proficiency in store leadership, operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years retail mgmt. experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead store across front-end and pharmacy under Store Manager guidance.
• Complete accelerated development track to Store Manager within learning plan timeframe.
• Shadow and assist Store Manager to supervise store operations, including opening/closing shifts.
• Participate in training, rotations, and development plans for readiness for Store Manager role.
• Learn compliance SOPs and become proficient in Walgreens systems.
