Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens locations within the area.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn store and pharmacy operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
• Monitor customer service and coach team for improvements.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws around alcohol, tobacco and pharmacy.
