Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead front-end and pharmacy across store during the learning plan.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain proficiency in opening/closing shifts and staff supervision.
• Analyze store performance data to plan improvements and support the Store Manager and District Manager.
• Develop and implement SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and gain knowledge of all computer systems.
• Provide customer service coaching and resolve customer issues to enhance loyalty.
