You will shadow the Store Manager, complete rotations in multiple stores, and pursue required certifications while learning SOPs and store leadership practices. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years retail management, or HS diploma/GED with 5 years in retail management.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to accept Store Manager assignment if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsabilidades
