Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years' management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• PTCB Certification is preferred.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered when evaluating applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing, merchandising, and shift delegation.
• Participate in customer experience improvements and training programs.
• Assist in loss prevention and inventory management practices.
• Support in applying SOPs across retail and pharmacy operations.
