Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program to learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. You will progress through the learning plan under the Store Manager and complete rotations to gain readiness for a Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom learning, online and on-the-job training, certifications, and development plans with Store and District Managers, while gaining exposure to SOPs, HR systems, and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus retail management experience or equivalent.
• Fast-paced retail leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to pursue Store Manager assignment and relocation within the area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing duties.
• Coach team members and monitor customer service and store performance.
• Support compliance, asset protection, and inventory control activities.
• Participate in rotations across nearby stores to gain broader exposure.
