You will train with experienced managers, rotate through shifts, and help build a strong guest-focused team while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This full-time role starts with structured training weeks and progresses into bench leadership, with opportunities to advance across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Preferred leadership experience in retail or food service.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team—training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain a clean store environment, including coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
