Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a dynamic, high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Frontline Manager in training. This role supports the Store Manager, leads a team, and drives guest satisfaction across a busy convenience store environment.

You’ll spend time with Training Managers and Supervising Managers to learn our operations, vendors, and guest experience. We offer comprehensive training, competitive wages, benefits, and pathways to bench leadership across 1500+ sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management is preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership and team-building abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and maintain in-stock status on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and oversee coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support overall store operations.
