Coen Markets, LLC seeks a Managers In Training to join our growing retail team. You will learn to run a convenience store with guidance from our top leaders, gaining hands-on experience in guest service, training, scheduling, and coaching a team.

This full-time role offers a structured training program, competitive wages, paid time off, medical coverage, and a clear path to bench leadership as you help maintain in-stock shelves, oversee food service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor to ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager with duties as assigned.
