Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC invites you to join our Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, coach a developing team, and ensure guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and hands-on training across a busy convenience store environment.

Expect rotation across shifts, exposure to food service operations, and growth opportunities as we operate 1500+ sites nationwide. This role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store interior and exterior, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
