Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a energetic Manager In Training to advance into a Store Manager role within our convenience store locations. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotate shifts, and learn about store operations, vendors, and guest service.

You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, and help ensure outstanding guest experiences while managing daily tasks across merchandising, food safety, and operations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock on the floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside; manage coffee station and food service area.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
