Kwik Shop in Wichita, KS is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role. You will support the Store Manager, train and coach team members, schedule, and maintain guest service standards across a busy convenience store.

The program includes hands-on training with experienced managers and exposure to operations, inventory, and food service. This full-time position offers growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ network, competitive wages, paid time off, and benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• ServSafe or Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, maintaining 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs.
• Maintain a clean store environment including coffee station and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager with food service operations and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
