CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Illinois to develop into a future Store Manager. The program runs 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning, guided by district leaders and store managers.

40 hours per week, full-time, with pay between $18.50 and $28.67 per hour. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management as part of CVS values and career growth.
