Job summary

Kwik Shop, Inc. in Wichita, KS seeks a high-energy retail leader for the Managers In Training program. You will learn day-to-day operations, work with Training Managers, support the Store Manager, and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

This full-time role offers a structured training path, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities to advance within Cumberland Farms' network. Weekend and holiday hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile!
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
• Keep the store clean and orderly, including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner.
• Assist Store Manager with food service operation and related guidelines.
