Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams and safety rules.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (percentages, sums).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising and stocking according to standards.
• Assists in inventory management including damages, markdowns, and scans.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in‑stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Acts as a role model following company policies.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures safe deposit of company funds and cashier accountability.
• Maintains clean, well‑stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operates store in store manager’s absence.
• Reviews operating statements for trends, expenses, shrink, and errors.
• Completes paperwork and documentation per guidelines.

Education
