Job summary

This position aims to develop external candidates for the Store Manager role and will be held for a limited period, requiring adherence to policies and strong teamwork across store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking per guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management including damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Act as a role model following company procedures and policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash control.
