Qualifications

• Two or more years in a leadership or managerial role.
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in retail grocery or convenience environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising and proper pricing of merchandise.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store controls.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and daily store operations.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and cash handling practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
