Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track in the United States. Trainees learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy, shadow the Store Manager, and complete rotations through nearby stores to prepare for a Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training with SOPs and compliance, plus learning systems relevant to retail and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or High School Diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and potentially transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and the Store Manager role to lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Oversee store operation under the Store Manager and support learning journey.
• Shadow Store Manager, participate in rotations across stores, and develop leadership and management skills.
