Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated development program designed to train and prepare individuals for Store Manager responsibilities, with rotations across stores and classroom and on-the-job training.

Participants will learn store operations, frontline and pharmacy leadership, compliance SOPs, and performance management while pursuing the pharmacy-related certifications and licensure as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or High School Diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading store throughout the learning journey.
• Participate in trainings and rotations across multiple stores to prepare for Store Manager role.
