• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading store during learning journey.
• Complete accelerated development plan to qualify for Store Manager role.
• Attend classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations in area stores.
• Comply with SOPs and gain familiarity with store systems and software.
• Engage customers and patients to deliver a positive experience and build loyalty.
