Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team and develop through our extensive Store Management Leadership Training. You’ll assist in running a Panda store, supervise team members, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and support store leadership initiatives.
