Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team and offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

As an Assistant Manager you will help operate a single store, hire and coach associates, and drive financial goals and guest satisfaction. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and manage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
